Leg's muscle anatomy

Any workout cant be complete till you give sufficient time for your large leg muscles. It usually knows as "quads". Quadriceps are the front muscle of leg. This muscle gives outer shapes of the front side of legs. Other muscles are vastus meadialis that is inner thigh and vestas lateralis that is outer thigh.

  1. Body weight of a person is theoretically the weight of the person without any items on. However, for all practical purposes, body weight is taken with clothes on but often without the shoes and heavy accessories like mobile phones and wallets. Thanks.

  3. Leg's muscles are easy to grow as there are many types of exercises focused on this zone. However, do not forget to combine workout with 5-6 small meals per day and at least 7 hours of sleeping. Building muscle is not only about working hard in the gym, it's a metter of genetic and other additional factors too.
